Andrew Pollack is the author of Why Meadow Died- the people and policies that created the Parkland killer and endanger America’s schools.

Andrew is a Long Island native who relocated to South Florida. His life was forever changed when his beautiful 18 year old daughter, Meadow, was murdered in the massacre at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL on February 14, 2018. Since that time he has been advocating for a national change in mindset when it comes to school security.

His plea to #FixIt was heard initially around the world at a Whitehouse Town Hall and since that time in the news, on radio and in print. He has been working towards this goal with county, state and federal officials.

In 2020 Andrew wrote the Foreword for John Lott’s Book, Gun Control Myths.

In Florida he was instrumental in getting a monumental safety bill passed that is now being implemented in the state.

Jenna Meek, once described as a cross between Rambo and Martha Stewart, is an author and firearms instructor specializing in self-defense. She holds credentials from the Massad Ayoob Group and the NRA, and in collaboration with Marc MacYoung has created SafetyConcepts to bring effective personal safety information for everyone.

Safety Concepts is an educational approach to personal safety that helps you improve your quality of life through seminars, books, audio-books, and videos. In his youth Marc had the street name “Animal” and lived up to it—with all that implies. Turning his life around, he started protecting people (which got him shot at more times than when he was a thug).

Marc has taught civilians, police, and military on three continents. He also is a court-recognized expert witness on self-defense, violence reconstruction, knife use and multiple attackers.
