Congressman Paul Gosar, D.D.S., AZ 4th District
Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S., serves in the United States Congress as the Representative from Arizona’s Fourth Congressional District. First elected in 2010, he came to Congress with no prior political experience. Paul believes that the Constitution is the cornerstone of our Republic, and always pursues policies that allow for more individual liberty and less government involvement.
Dr. Gosar is focused on bringing jobs back to the district, fighting illegal immigration and securing the border, challenging the status quo and holding Washington bureaucrats accountable, cutting wasteful government spending, and ensuring that he is representing the interests of his constituents.
He currently represents Arizona’s 4th congressional district, which includes most of the rural western portion of the state.
US Congressman Paul Gosar serves on two committees of the House of Representatives, the House Natural Resources Committee and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
Mike Sullivan is the vice-president of Riders United for a Sovereign America (RidersUSA).
Mike has been involved in grass roots activism for the last 10 years. He is a firm believer in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Rule of Law and government by the people. He has been a strong pro gun rights activist and supporter of the right to keep and bear arms. Mike has been a supporter of many charitable causes in the biker community and although not a veteran he is also very active in many veteran related causes around the valley.
RidersUSA has been organizing an annual event for several years to raise awareness about our Constitutional Rights to keep and bear arms, and this year they are one again partnering with AZFirearms and Gun Freedom Radio and re-branding the event as the Celebrate & Protect the 2nd Amendment/Right to Keep & Bear Arms at the AZ State Capitol Building.
The annual celebration/rally has grown tremendously over the last few years and is now known as an educational, fun, family friendly event. There were over 3500 people in attendance at the 2020 event.
Mike was born in Phoenix and grew up in Arizona and New Mexico. He worked in corporate sales in California and Arizona before starting his own small business with his sister and brother in law in Mesa, AZ. He has been a firearms enthusiast and gun owner since getting his first .22 rifle at age 13 and bought his first Harley Davidson in 1997.
Tyler Yzaguirre is the President and founder of the Second Amendment Institute – a national non-profit organization that focuses on educational advocacy for the second amendment.
Additionally, Yzaguirre is the national field director of Students for Self-Defense. a national college program that fights for self-defense rights of college students on campus.
Tyler is also the organizer of the Defending Freedom Action Summit in Arlington, VA.

In 2018, Tyler organized a nationwide tour to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Heller v DC, culminating in a Rally and Banquet Dinner on Tuesday, May 26th – ten years to the date of the decision!

History: On June 26, 2008, the Supreme Court affirmed by a vote of 5 to 4 the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in Heller v. District of Columbia. The Supreme Court struck down provisions of the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975 as unconstitutional, determined that handguns are “arms” for the purposes of the Second Amendment, found that the Regulations Act was an unconstitutional ban, and struck down the portion of the Regulations Act that requires all firearms including rifles and shotguns be kept “unloaded and disassembled or bound by a trigger lock”. Prior to this decision the Firearms Control Regulation Act of 1975 also restricted residents from owning handguns except for those registered prior to 1975. The majority opinion, written by Justice Antonin Scalia, and the primary dissenting opinion, written by Justice John Paul Stevens, are considered examples of the application of originalism in practice. Caleb Kruckenberg is litigation counsel for the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA). Caleb has broad legal experience, often adverse to the government. He developed his principled opposition to the administrative state from his experiences as a criminal defense attorney after witnessing one too many prosecutions arising from technical violations of impenetrable regulations.
Before joining NCLA, Caleb represented clients at both the trial and appellate level. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
Most recently, he worked as a criminal defense and civil rights attorney in Philadelphia, and as an advocate for criminal justice reform for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Caleb has tried cases before juries and argued appellate matters all over the country, sometimes in the same week. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University, Beasley School of Law.
Michael Woodland is the co-host of the Black Man With A Gun Podcast with Kenn Blanchard. Michael also owns Munitions Weapons Tactical. He is a certified NRA Instructor giving classes on the handgun and AR platform rifle to provide a service to the community and organizations that care to pursue the continuing education of firearm safety and training. He has served in the Military and since his departure his mission is to pass his knowledge on to the public through his journey in the 2A community.
Michael is an avid shooter who has won the 2014 U.S. Army Long Range Competition in the Bolt Division, shares his expertise in videos with product reviews, and documents his competition shooting in the USPSA (Untied States Practical Shooting Association) for all to see on Instagram and Facebook.
