Tony Simon – owner of Simon Says Train and The 2nd is For Everyone: Diversity Shoot (2A4E).
Tony is from rural Virginia where firearms were considered a tool for defense, hunting and entertainment. He served in the Marine Corps and moved to New Jersey after his enlistment and realized that in NJ here exists a totally different attitude about firearms.
After the Sandy Hook tragedy the extreme anti gun legislation in New Jersey motivated Tony to get involved in the 2A movement. In 2015 he started “The 2nd is For Everyone: Diversity Shoot. This program has grown since the first event from 6 attendees to having trained HUNDREDS of people from every possible demographic.
This is a hobby at this point and Tony is hoping, through fundraising, to become a charitable non-profit organization.

On-Location Interview with Tony Simon of 2A4E Diversity Shoot from the 2024 GOA G.O.A.L.S. Event in Knoxville TN
2A4E (Second Amendment for Everyone) Diversity Shoot is an ongoing event series that aims to promote diversity, inclusivity, and the Second Amendment right to bear arms in the United States. 2A4E was founded in 2015 by Tony Simon, a firearms instructor and advocate for Second Amendment rights.
The first annual Gun Owners of America (GOA) Gun Owners Advocacy and Leadership Summit (GOALS) event was held in August of 2024 and featured:
“Over 32 hours of speeches and panels viewed and streamed over the two convention days, with thousands of people in attendance in Knoxville and hundreds of thousands viewing online through Rumble, YouTube, X (day one, day two), and Facebook.
Over 200 Vendors and exhibitors packed the show floor, showcasing the latest innovations in firearms & gear and allowing our members to get up close and personal with the brands and companies that support the GOA No Compromise mission.”
