Jerry Sheridan is a 2024 candidate for Maricopa County Sheriff.

Jerry is a Constitutional Conservative Republican, and understands that the role of Sheriff besides keeping people safe is to serve the People in protecting the Constitution, people’s liberties and freedoms including gun rights. Jerry is a member of the CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association).

Jerry’s training, education and executive leadership experience have prepared him well for the challenges of taking control of the 4th largest Sheriff’s Office in the Nation. As the Chief Deputy for the last six years of his career with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) he has already shown he can do the job.
* 40 years MCSO
* Two as volunteer reserve deputy sheriff
* 38 years as full time employee including detention officer, and deputy sheriff (all ranks from corporal to Chief Deputy)
* Chief of Custody managing the entire MCSO jail system, which is 75% of the sheriffs office (12 years)
* Chief Deputy managing the entire Sheriff’s Office (6 years).
