The organization promotes safe and responsible gun ownership and holds many shooting events in the state including, State NRA Competitions, NRA Training and Certifications, information to those new to the State on all the 2nd Amendment happenings, and, in general, promotes pro-2nd Amendment Issues. The ASRPA has been in existence since 1907. Noble is a life member of the State Association and has been a Financial Advisor and Realtor in Arizona for several decades. He is an NRA Training Counselor and has managed Copperstate Defense Institute for over 20 years.
