Minista Jazz is Black Guns Matter movement’s deescaltion specialist, educating and engaging traditionally oppressed communities about their rights as US citizens, particularly regarding 2A.
For nearly twenty years– since 1997– after being kidnapped, Minista Jazz has been passionate about violence prevention, anger management, and verbal de-escalation techniques, using basic compassionate communication techniques learned during an informal college campus meeting. This life changing incident lead to a life long career of education and advocacy in conflict resolution reaching people in over 40 countries worldwide and all across the United States. With more than 10,000 hours of experience, she may very well be “the most peaceful warrior” around.
Famous for her quote, “The human mind is the most powerful concealed weapon ever created”, Minista Jazz teaches principles of peace from a scientific point of view. By supporting others in understanding the power of the mind, language, and emotions, Minista Jazz capitalizing in human potential to help people develop better relationships with themselves and the world around them.
