Our guest today is Professor David Yamane. David is an Asian American and lifelong liberal from the San Francisco Bay Area. He became a first-time gun owner as a forty-two-year-old and embarked on an immersive twelve-year study of American gun culture from his unique perspective as a Professor of Sociology.
David is the author of the new book, “Gun Curious,” which translates what he has learned, and is a perfect book for anyone who is curious and open-minded about the issue of firearms.
