Theresa Inacker, an Attorney of more than 24 years, is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and The Supreme Court of the United States. She is the New Jersey State Director for Women for Gun Rights (DC Project), and a Trustee of the Executive Board for The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners (CNJFO).
A former Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal, she is a Seton Hall Law School graduate. She has been testifying in Second Amendment-related matters in Trenton, New Jersey since 2012.
Her legal analysis of the landmark Supreme Court Bruen decision was published in the popular ScotusBlog. As part of the Symposium on Bruen, her article From Constitutional Orphan to Treasured Heirloom: The Second Amendment Is No Longer a Second-Class Right examined the pernicious impacts of gun control on marginalized groups.
In July, 2024, Theresa was awarded the United States Air Force Meritorious Civilian Service Medal for her work recovering millions of dollars in third-party liability cases for the military healthcare system, a job she has performed since 2009.
A true “Security Mom” to her daughter, Theresa is a proven Second Amendment advocate with a long-standing record of achievement that includes several appearances on Fox News, and Chris Cuomo’s CNN Town Hall. She has been a contributing writer to The Truth About Guns, News2A, and Shooting News Weekly.
An avid gun owner, target shooter and bird hunter, she owns and uses all three popular firearms platforms. Theresa is also a Girl Scout Troop Leader and Ham Radio Operator.
