Steve Sanetti has served as the President and CEO of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute (SAMMI). Previously, he worked for 28 years at Strum, Ruger and Co, rising to the position of President, CEO, and Vice Chairman of the Board.
The NSSF is the firearms industry’s association, and works to promote, protect and preserve hunting and the shooting sports. The NSSF is also the host of the Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show®), which is the largest trade show of its kind in the world, attracting attendees from more than 100 countries. The SHOT Show is an industry-only event.
