About Jenny Williams, Founder of The Liberty Belles

Jenny Williams is the founder of The Liberty Belles Women’s Gun Club in Indiana.

From Jenny, “I have been shooting since 2014 and fell in love after the first shot.  From there, I got involved in any and everything that I could find to be out on the range.  I wanted to share my passion of firearms safety and skills with as many other ladies as possible, which lead me to start The Liberty Belles Women’s Gun Club in 2016.  This has allowed to me offer ladies a welcoming, safe environment to be able to learn about well researched information in regards to shooting (pistol, rifle, or shotgun) and many other forms of self protection. Women are often responsible for the safety of their families – if women are interested in/approve of firearms, then their family would most likely continue the tradition.”

-NRA Basic Pistol Instructor certified

-NRA Chief Range Safety Officer certified

– Member of Silver Creek Conservation Club gun range in Sellersburg, IN

-Founder and President of The Liberty Belles Women’s Gun Club (www.thelibertybelles.org – non-for  profit women’s gun club)

-Director of Training and Instructor for ESR Tactical located in Jeffersonville, IN

-Instructor/RO for the Annie Oakley Day in KY held by Safari Club International (shooting event for ladies only and they learn pistol, shot gun, rifle and bow)

-Ladies Day hosted at Knob Creek Gun Range in West Point, KY (about a total of 50 ladies that had little to no experience in hand guns)

-Developed a monthly Firearms Fundamentals class

-Coordinate additional training opportunities for ESR Tactical with unarmed/advanced hand gun instructor

-Competition shooter – USPSA member – outlaw practical pistol matches at Knob Creek Gun Range in West Point KY (KPDL) and Steel Challenge as time permits

-Winner of classification for man-on-man shooting challenge for KPDL

-First female Board Member of KPDL
