TerryAnn Bowen is the Founder of Iron Rose Women’s Shooting Club, a national community dedicated to supporting women beyond their first class and into confident, capable firearm ownership.
As a firearms instructor and co-owner of Manchester Firing Line, TerryAnn recognized a critical gap in the industry: women were showing up, but not necessarily staying. She has spent the last decade focused on solving that retention challenge by creating an ecosystem that supports women between formal training, where real confidence and growth take place.
The Rose Garden, Iron Rose’s private online community, is designed to provide connection, continued education, and support at every stage of a woman’s journey. Through this model, TerryAnn is also committed to elevating female leadership and strengthening the firearms community through collaboration over competition.
Her mission is to create a space where women don’t just learn the fundamentals, they continue to grow.
