Charles Heller wears many hats.  Charles is one of 4 co-founders of The Arizona Citizens Defense League (AZCDL), and serves as media coordinator for that organization.  Charles is also the former executive director of Jews For The Preservation of Firearms Ownership (JPFO), and serves as media coordinator. Charles has been an Arizona concealed weapons instructor for 22 years.

Says Charles, “I am an avid naval history buff with a specialty in undersea warfare.  I’ve visited 25 of the 28 submarines on display in the U.S., and 2 which are not on display, and worked on one as a kid.  And I a dog lover”.

Brian Hill is a Rangemaster Certified Instructor of  Tom Givens Rangemaster’s  Instructor Development Course and has trained in Pistol, Rifle and Precision Rifle for many years as an instructor and a student.

Brian Hill has GRADUATED with HONORS (A = Excellent per Andrew Branca) from Andrew Branca’s Law of Self Defense Instructor Program! This program provides professional-level understanding of the theory and application of self-defense law. This will provide a foundation of knowledge of the theory and application of self-defense law, at a depth unavailable anywhere but law school (and not even in the large majority of those). Craig “Sawman” Sawyer has brought his wealth of knowledge and experience as the owner of Tactical Insider, which brings technical advice on weapons and combat to Hollywood films and actors. 

He also instructs various advanced training courses as Director of Training for Cowtown Training Division in Scottsdale, AZ and Solutions Group International out of Beverly Hills, CA, in addition to other tactical contract work.

The International Coalition Against Poaching (I.C.A.P.)

In 2013 Sawyer filmed Animal Planet’s “Battleground: Rhino Wars”, a 3-part television special about protecting African wild life from poachers, and was moved by a deep conviction that more needed to be done. He was concerned to see, first hand, just how vulnerable rhinos and elephants are to illegal poaching. Craig saw an opportunity to do more and vowed to make a real difference in the survival of endangered species.

After being officially invited by the Republic of Congo to help train their local park rangers in new techniques to prevent poaching, he saw an opportunity to help and has conducted exhaustive research and coordination with foreign governments and African authorities, charities and organizations to find the most effective way to make real improvements in the way we protect endangered species.  He has put together a world class team of expert veterans to go back to Africa with an increasing effort to help save the last of the endangered. In 2015, the merger of Craig’s team and assets joined forces with MAMA in order to have maximum positive effect on the conservation issue. This joint effort, of which Craig “Sawman” Sawyer is the President, has become I.C.A.P., the International Coalition Against Poaching.

He Chairs the Steering Committee for the Hunting and Angling Heritage Workgroup. On the national level, he serves on the Western Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies committee for Hunter, Angler, Shooting Sports and Wildlife Participation. He also applies his 25 years of leadership to support the Outdoor Industry Business Summit on both state and national levels.

Before joining the Arizona Game and Fish Department, Scott was an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army National Guard in addition to leading award-winning regional teams for The Home Depot and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
